how stunning, a musty smell throughout the room ruined my luxurious escape. and after getting lost navigating two elevators, I almost lost my mind, all I wanted was a complimentary drink or an upgrade—just a tiny gesture for my troubles. it's the little things, right? almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I stayed for four nights in a Superior Suite at Torres De Alba Hotel & Suites and found it to be an excellent value for money. The room was spacious, modern, and included much-needed amenities like a full kitchen, which was beneficial for work-related meals. The staff, particularly Mr Zapata from sales, consistently checked in to ensure my comfort, and the surrounding neighborhood was very convenient with restaurants and shops within walking distance. The breakfast buffet was decent, featuring a noteworthy omelette station.

The apartment-style setup made our stay super comfy, especially with four teenagers in tow. We walked to a bunch of local restaurants, and there’s a delicious ice cream spot nearby. Plus, the staff matched us with drivers that really knew the area.

Nice spot in the city!

I had a solid stay here! Room was huge with a kitchen and the pool area was chill. Derrick was super helpful with my check-in too. The breakfast was pretty good and changed daily which was nice. Just felt like the gym could use a bit more equipment.
